Refunds/Exchanges


Bobbi & Tiger mochila bags are one of a kind and handmade, this means that items may vary in size and colour and therefore its important that you choose carefully. 

Refunds are only available for items that are faulty and proof of purchase is provided.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind.

The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached and proof of purchase provided. 

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense (unless the item is faulty) and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Bobbi & Tiger will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Bobbi & Tiger. You will receive an email once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the account that the payment had originally come from.

EXCHANGES

If you require an alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.

All Final Sale Items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange and returned to sender.
